BLOQ is decision-support software

BLOQ helps users organize market context, risk checks, journaling and account access. BLOQ does not make trading decisions for the user.

No financial advice

BLOQ does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. User remains responsible for all trades, risk decisions and account actions.

User responsibility

You are responsible for your account, sessions, device security, trading decisions, position sizing and any third-party services you connect.

Account access

Account access may be granted, limited, changed or revoked manually. Features can change or be removed during rollout.

Account rules

Do not share accounts, bypass backend roles, manipulate access tokens or attempt unauthorized admin, plan, license or feature access.

Acceptable use

Use of BLOQ must follow the acceptable use page. Abuse, attacks, scraping or misleading account or referral activity may lead to suspension.

Subscriptions

Plan access is account-managed. Manual access is separate from subscription status.

Referral terms reference

Referral payouts are manual during the current rollout. Commission and discount settings are controlled by BLOQ admin and may change before launch.

Downloads and install responsibility

Only install BLOQ from official bloqtrading.com download pages. Use the setup guide and support channels when operating-system confirmation is required.

No uptime or result guarantee

BLOQ does not guarantee uptime, market data availability, output accuracy, trading results, profits or uninterrupted access.

AI and backtest limitations

AI output, backtests, simulations and simulated execution may be incomplete, delayed or wrong and may not reflect live conditions.

Termination and suspension

BLOQ may suspend or disable accounts that create security risk, abuse referrals, violate access rules or misuse account access.

Limitation of liability draft

Liability language must be finalized by legal review before commercial launch. Use BLOQ only with the understanding that trading risk remains yours.

Changes to terms

BLOQ may update account access terms, features, access rules and launch pricing before public release.
