BLOQ provides market-intelligence and decision-support tooling. BLOQ is not a broker, exchange, custodian or financial adviser, and does not provide investment advice or execute trades on its own initiative.
Nothing in BLOQ constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Trading involves substantial risk and you can lose money. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, enable required security measures, and are responsible for activity under your account.
Where available, automated or execution features are policy-gated and require your explicit configuration, permissions and limits. You remain responsible for all resulting activity.
Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Fees are described on the pricing page.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from use of BLOQ.
We may update these Terms or suspend access for breach. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
