Account access may be granted, changed or revoked manually based on the active plan and eligibility.

Monthly and yearly subscription cancellation terms are displayed before checkout in the account flow.

Monthly subscription cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled for future renewal through the billing portal when a paid subscription is active.

Yearly subscription cancellation

Yearly plan cancellation and refund handling follow the terms shown before purchase.

Refund requests

Refund review criteria, time windows and eligibility follow the plan terms and applicable consumer law.

Chargebacks

Payment disputes are handled through the active payment provider.
