Data Processing

Data categories

Account, OAuth, session, role, plan, license, device, referral, support, email preference, download and audit data may be processed to operate BLOQ.

Processing purposes

Purposes include authentication, backend access control, account access management, support, security monitoring, referral tracking and account access downloads.

Current processors

Render may host backend and database infrastructure. Google OAuth handles sign-in.

Additional processors

Billing, email delivery, monitoring, uptime/status and SMS providers may be used where required for account operations.

Data minimization

BLOQ should only collect what is needed. Broker secrets, full private journal content and raw license keys should not be submitted through website forms.

Legal acceptance evidence

BLOQ may store terms and risk disclosure acceptance records with document version, content hash, timestamp, account snapshot, hashed IP and user agent. This supports auditability without storing tokens, broker credentials, private keys or raw secrets.

Security measures

Backend roles, server-side feature gates, masked diagnostics, audit logs and environment-only secrets are part of the account access architecture.

Retention

BLOQ applies account and data retention rules for support, security, auditability and legal obligations.

Contact

Data processing questions can be sent to support@bloqtrading.com.
