Do not create misleading accounts, automated accounts or self-referral loops.
No scraping or attacks
Do not scrape private endpoints, overload the API, bypass rate limits, probe admin data or attack infrastructure.
No prohibited reverse engineering
Do not reverse engineer account access builds where prohibited by applicable terms or law.
No plan/license bypass
Do not attempt to bypass plan, license, role, feature or download gates.
No malicious support input
Do not submit malicious payloads, scripts, exploit strings or secrets through support requests.
No secrets in support
Do not upload broker keys, passwords, private keys, seed phrases, raw license keys or payment data.
No illegal trading activity
Do not use BLOQ to support illegal market activity, fraud, manipulation or unauthorized account access.
Account suspension
Abuse may lead to account access removal, account suspension, referral invalidation or further security action.
